Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the Huggins Wide Plank Floors Design Trade Partner Program. Huggins Wide Plank Floors may change the Huggins Wide Plank Floors Design Trade Partner Program or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Huggins Wide Plank Floors will post revision on this website. Any revised Terms & Conditions are effective immediately upon being posted on Hugginsflooring.com in the For Professionals section of the website and your ongoing use of the program constitutes your company’s agreement to the revised Terms & Conditions.
 

Qualifying
 

Huggins Wide Plank Floors membership is granted to professional Interior Designers only.
To qualify, please provide at least one of the following:

• Proof of valid membership (e.g. current membership ID)
• ASID American Society of Interior Designers or international affiliate
• IIDA International Interior Design Association
• IDS Interior Design Society
• CID Certified Interior Decorators International
• NKBA National Kitchen & Bath Association
• Business card indicating your profession

We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each trade professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications.
 

Membership

Membership is not transferable. A membership can only be used by the named trade professional. The named trade professional must present his/her valid membership number to receive the trade discount at time of purchase.  If two trade professionals are contracted on the same job order discounts are split evenly between both members. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for unauthorized purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through certain channels of distribution, resale through any retail or auction Web site or store, reimbursement of trade discounts upon merchandise return, transfer of membership and submitting false, expired or incorrect information on a membership application.
 

Discount

Discounts are not valid with any other offer. We reserve the right to change the trade discounts at our sole discretion without prior notice to members.
 

Membership Number

A membership number is valid until the expiration date.
 

Termination

Huggins Wide Plank Floors reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel the Huggins Wide Plank Floors Design Trade Partner Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the member. Trade Professionals may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling a dedicated Trade Representative at 908.232.6600
